It arrived perfectly well-packaged, everything working perfectly. I've already used it and had a few sessions that gave me good results. There was a slight delay with the postal service here in Brazil, but nothing that hindered the wait. Thanks for the purchase and the price was also great.
A good piece of equipment
It works properly, came well packaged, I would definitely buy again.

A wonderful addition to my, extensive, infra-red, collection of, separately bought, products. can state with confidence that it satisfies all the, expected, quality and functionality, requirements especially with its wavelength ratings (that include the 808 nm setting) and the, pleasant, surprise of having a (nifty) tripod, included:)
Amazing device, it really works, I recommend it.
The product arrived as advertised.
I loved it just as they mentioned.
Good quality product, works perfectly, I will use it to see the effects on health, instruction manual in several languages, but NOT IN PORTUGUESE!!!

I used it once as soon as it arrived and everything seemed fine.
The device took a while to arrive, but it was very well packaged and working perfectly; only a manual in Portuguese was missing.
